All subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for unused time.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Javier Pazó Suárez and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service, but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TLDR SaaS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
